Chest
Bench

These are pieces of furniture I have previously made for people. Either they were brought to me to redo or I just created them with castoffs.

I made this bench from a headboard I found at a garage sale. It had such beautiful lines. I built the seat and legs and attached it to the headboard then painted it out.

A customer asked me to redo  the chest her husband had built when he was still in high school so  that it would match her furniture in her house. I painted the base a sleek black and the top and knobs I painted using Java Brown paint that resembles stain.

Hard to believe this was a toddler bed to begin with. It was destined for the landfill because the cross supports were in pretty bad shape. I just cut it off and made it into a pet bed.

This bench was made from a baby bed side. The seat and legs were stained to match the already dark stain of the back.

Open Wine Cabinet

My daughter's boyfriend found this chest of drawers that was missing the drawers. No problem, I just removed some of the slides and made a shelf. I painted the inside a nice wine color and black outside.

Kitchen Island

Here was another great find. A couple drawers were missing so I changed them around and made shelves at the bottom. I painted it out in black and gold and added new hardware.

TV/Gaming Station

Can you tell that this started out to be an old console TV? It was actually our family TV my husband and I bought shortly after we married. Didn't know what to do with it so I had him gut it and I put a shelf in it and completely painted it out.

Portable Bar

Here is a sewing table. The hole is where the sewing machine would come through. Now, a tub can be put there to fill with ice for drinks. I added a bar on one of the doors to hang a towel and corkscrew. It closes all up to be a beautiful piece of furniture.
