SHOP POLICIES
If you see something you like let me know. Make your list and send it to me in an email. I check email daily or every other day. I will send you a reply letting you know I received the email. Once shipping is determined I will send you an email letting you know your total. Once payment is received your package will be sent out.
For special orders please give me an idea (including size, colors, etc.) of what you would like made. A picture is best to accompany your description, if possible. Anniversary windows require names and dates.
For items I currently have for sale just email me the description and price of items you would like sent to you.
I charge the "real" shipping rate for items. I do not overcharge for shipping. So when placing your order I will box everything up and take it to the post office to get the rate. If you would like insurance you must specify that when placing your order. Some items are extremely difficult to ship like windows and I cannot guarantee they will arrive safely no matter how well packed they are.
All items are One-of-a-Kind and therefore come with natural flaws to the materials that only add character to the piece. I have a no return policy. Please be sure of your request before ordering and ask any questions you may have before placing the order.
